E39 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the e39 platform operating under the domain e39.im, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The e39 platform is an online entertainment service available to users aged 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have met the minimum age requirement. e39 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify compliance with this age requirement.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the e39 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the e39 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number and any other required details. e39 reserves the right to verify this information at any time, including requesting identity documents before processing withdrawals.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. e39 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you report unauthorised access to our support team within a reasonable time. 3. Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules

Permitted Use

The e39 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use this platform responsibly and must not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users or e39's operations.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
• Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits into your account
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
• Threatening, harassing or causing distress to e39 support staff or other users

Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the e39 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local deposit methods including online bank transfers via the FPX system and supported e-wallets. Any charges or processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.

Deposit

Deposits will be credited to your account once successful payment confirmation has been received by our system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. e39 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the e39 account holder. Processing takes between 1 to 3 business days depending on the amount and verification requirements. e39 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. All winnings obtained through suspected fraudulent activity are ineligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

E39 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, payment delays or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Termination

E39 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Inability to verify the user's identity or age
• Multiple account registrations by the same user
• Account closure requested by the user

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, e39 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account. In the case of voluntary closure by the user, any valid balance will be returned after verification has been submitted.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the e39 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, game software and interface elements — is the exclusive property of e39 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or modify any content without prior written consent from e39.

Third-Party Links

The e39 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. e39 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Changes to Terms

E39 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
